It's an excellent movie and it explains the great story of some of our heros.

I did not know what happened then till now that I watched the movie. So lucky that US have the capability of rescuing Americans in times like this. Very well portrayed. Great movie.

This film stayed very true to the book, which was a retelling of first hand accounts of what happened to our brave citizens and soldiers during the attack on the US Embassy. The ones responsible for putting our countrymen at risk should answer for their crimes.... but if I'm strictly reviewing the film, its a fantastic action war thriller, excellent cinematography and acting.

I enjoyed buying and watching this thought provoking, action packed and fact supporting film. In a sense it can be viewed as a documentary. The action and cinematography were amazing. Knowing the outcome of the events I was angry and helpless watching what was about to happen. So many mistakes made by our leaders costing young lives of devoted, serving Americans! Excellent movie.

Awesome movie and great price for a blu-ray. Could not pass it up

I read reviews of this movie, and it was highly recommended by a co-worker. I was skeptical, but the story focused exclusively on what those at the Benghazi embassy and annex experienced. The cenemaphotography of the night time attack scenes was impressive. Also the intensity of battle scenes was captured and comes through in this movie. Now, I highly recommend this movie.

I love steelbooks, so I jumped on this one immediately. If you have ever bought a steelbook, this one is no different. The artwork is really good and the build quality is, of course, amazing. The film itself is the best Michael Bay has ever directed, though still far short of a masterpiece. The actual men who were there in Benghazi, however, have praised the film and it's easy to see while watching. The action is terrifying and engulfing. The acting isn't the greatest but it is earnest and the general tone of the film is respectable and subdued, as it should be. This is Michael Bay at his best. 3.5 stars for the movie. 4 stars for the Steelbook.
