This movie isn't heavy on plot, but does good with character development in the little time allotted. The movie tells the events of September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya. I don't know how you can watch this movie and not admire the sacrifices these men made. The visual effects were striking. Absolutely loved this Steelbook.

Movies Based on Real Life Stories of war, secret missions and even sword battles are ALWAYS BAD A** in my book. John Kransinski really impressed me with his role to this movie. But it is really heart breaking everything they went through and every soul that was lost this event. Now part of the Top 10 action movies of mine. STRONGLY recommend

13 Hours is the true story of events that took place September 11th-12th 2012 in Benghazi, Libya. To ensure the story was accurate, the director utilized the 4 FBI contractors who suvived the ordeal as consultants. This gave the film an incredible sense of realism and makes it stand out as one of the best non-fiction action movies out there.

This is one of Michael Bay's best efforts as Director, probably because he had guidance from three of America's bravest men, Oz, Tig and Tanto. These three men, plus those that have chosen to stay out of the limelight have earned America's respect. This movie does a fantastic job of bringing to light their collective account of a horrific night.

A must watch. Great movie at a Low price. Can't beat that.

I had no idea what really happened except the media lies that were later only somewhat exposed. If you are on the fence about who you are voting for....this is a must see. The simple fact is that 4 American's lost their lives because they were refused aid because of red tape and politics. This movie as well as the book will open your eyes.
