It was damaged.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I noticed when I got home and opened it up that it was slashed where the pockets met the case. There were only 8 pockets, the other 8 were missing. I had to take it back, and that caused another mess. They didn't exchange it, they refunded it. They couldn't reverse this, so I had to wait to get my reward back, and reorder it. I haven't even wanted to do that. The whole transaction was a mess.

No rips,no falling apart or anything and i leave it in my car in the sun and what not but still working great i mean its a CD/DVD case so not much to go wrong.

perfect for the car
