Astounding visuals!! Part of my collection of all time War bests. More emotionally painful and poignant than Dunkirk...with all the action added. Best viewed in 4K of course!!

One of the first movies I watched in 4k on an OLED and it's amazing. The dark scenes are a treat to watch. It helps that the movie is also really well done and tense throughout.

The way that they were able to film this movie in what seems like one fluid shot is amazing. The lighting makes you feel as though you are walking with the main characters. highly recommend.

I love this movie and the case it comes in is beautifully designed and holds the discs in such a way as to prevent scratching, which isn't always true when they layer discs on one side of a case.

MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED IT TO BE! my expectation were not high when i purchased this, but i was pleasantly surprised by a much better storyline, and directing.

A bit slow at first but the storyline was excellent objective of the movie was to reach another division to stop a massacre on the allied side the war to end all wars was brutal in its severity

War is horrible, and this film shows that in great detail. But we need to witness that horror once in a while so we can do our best to not put our brave soldiers through it again.

Amazing movie! I highly recommend watching this one. It looks like it continually moves throughout the movie! Even if you are not a History buff, you will enjoy this movie!

Fantastic film with amazing cinematography. The blu ray has demo worthy video and audio. The included dvd can be gifted to a senior citizen or used as a coaster. Good value for $11.99.

I'm normally not a big fan of war movies but upon reading all of the reviews for 1917, I was definitely impressed as it is really good. I highly recommend giving this movie a try.

Great cinematography in this WWI account of a real event. A critical mission to save many men falls to two soldiers who are determined to accomplish it despite overwhelming odds.

Got this on sale, couldn't be more pleased. The steelbook is super nice, and the 4K looks phenomenal. Came with a super slight dent on the cover, but other than that no complaints.

Great story and production of the First World War and the people who fought and died for their country

I bought 1917 during one of the holiday sales, so I got a great price on it. One of the better war movies I've seen in recent years, along with Hacksaw Ridge. Highly recommended.

I love this movie. The single camera shot is an amazing way to shoot a movie. You feel like you are right there with them.

This movie should have won Best Picture this year. Truly an amazing film that really puts you in the middle of the action. Very well directed and acted. The 4K version is really great.

This film deserves all the awards and praise it has received. It has a great story. The cinematography is phenomenal, the audio is absolutely amazing and the acting and effects are first rate.

Albeit 1917's filmmaking particularly points out itself, it's a surprising bit of filmmaking, depicting battle with colossal panache. This is big-screen bluster, to say the least.

After getting a 4K TV and a 4K Blu-Ray player, I wanted to experience a movie in 4K. I knew that the cinematography for this movie is excellent and it's even better in 4K!

My daughter and I saw this at the theater and wanted to see it again this movie will have you on your edge of your seat. Not disappointed on adding it to my collection worth seeing over again.
