    Beautiful cinematography depicting the horrors of war. An intense tale set during the trench warfare of World War 1.

    I found this Blu Ray version of "1917" to have many excellent bonus features. The Best Buy price matched all competitors' prices.

    It was a good story.and the actors were all unknown to me and the director did the James Bond movies so I figured it was something to watch and it had a similar vibe to saving Private Ryan and that is the connection I was thinking about and drawn to.
