Subwoofer hasnt ever dropped out. Only issue is occasionally when using a ps4, sound drops for a second in intervals, but i think its the ps4 not roku issue works really well no complaints

Roku Fan!

The soundbar function is awesome. More features in the Roku itself compared to my other Roku devices. Very happy with this purchase. If you don't have a soundbar or Roku, this is a great purchase. Far outshined my old soundbar.

Better than Vizio

Beats the Vizio sound bar and speakers that I spent more on than the Roku. Returned the vizio due to random zapping noises and delays from the TV and traded it for this. Best decision I could have made.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every other TV start up, I get an HDCP error message (black screen, white print) that states I have to disconnect the HDMI cable from both the Roku and TV; turn off the TV/Roku; disconnect the power cords from each; then reconnect the HDMI cables after which I have to re-plug the power cords and turn the system on. Very frustrating to have to do this so frequently. A search of the error code on the Internet indicates that many purchasers have the same issue. May I return it? I wasn't expecting such a dud and I threw the box out as it was an easy set up (I followed the above steps exactly), a great price, and was working perfectly -- until 2nd day of use. After I followed the above directions and selected a different HDMI connection on the TV, I thought my issue was resolved -- until I had the same error code 2 days later. Definitely an ongoing problem.
