I do have a few complaints. The sound does not always match the picture on Hulu so i have to back it up 10 seconds and then usually it catches up. I have also had to unplug it a few times to correct a glitch.

Posted .Hello, This is certainly not the kind of experience we would hope for you to have and this does not sound like typical behavior. Is this only happening on one channel?
Sometimes, performing a system restart on the player can resolve this. Other times, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the affected channels, check the status of your wireless connection, or contact the channel's service provider.

The sound quality could be better. It comes through muffled at times and the ability to adjust the treble and base is limited. I wound up purchasing the roku wireless speakers to balance it out..
