As much as I love Roku products, I was extremely disappointed in the Soundbar. While the reviews are great, and I loved it when it worked, it just does not work consistently. While researching what the issue could be, I saw that the HDMI ARC was the issue. I had it connected to a non-HDMI ARC port. So I made sure I moved it to the right port. It worked great for 2-3 more days, then the HDCP Error Code: 020 popped up. I've looked at all steps to resolve this issue to no avail. I will be returning with the hope to exchange it. Hopefully the 2nd one will be better. I was really excited about this one.

Good sound, but you need a newer tv with HDMI ARC to use with your current remote. Otherwise you need to use the Roku remote for volume and your regular remote for everything else.

I will return to Best Buy. Purchased Extended warranty. The additional adapter plug does not stay in the sound bar or tv. Very frustrating. Also don’t notice difference in the sound. Very disappointed because I absolutely love Roku

This product ~sounds~ fine, but if you're just looking for a sound bar, look elsewhere. The dealbreaker here is the inclusion of an integrated Roku streaming TV box which becomes your default portal to the OTT world (i.e. there is no way around using it as your streaming device). And Roku streaming devices are apparently rife with problems, according to online reviews (reports which I unfortunately discovered too late). After connecting the sound bar and setting it up, I experienced immediate issues, especially pervasive picture drop-outs where the screen intermittently goes black (audio still plays) for about 2 seconds. This happened continually across all streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) with no predictable pattern. Also, I experienced some audio sync issues, where dialog does not match the picture. I returned it and will get a separate sound bar that doesn't try to force a dodgy TV box on you. AVOID!!!

Really like having the Roku streaming feature but product produces a "tin" quality sound and is selective whether the sound works all the time within various channels/apps. Product was returned.

the sound was kinda cruddy. I felt like I was hearing the TV thru a soup can. I had a roku stick so I didn't need Roku access. I gave it to my sister. I just didn't like this product

Sound was not to my personal taste and I had a different system in place already that sounded better to me. I thought this might be an improvement, it was not.

Roku is a criminal business enterprise extorting the consumer community. The surround sound bar can't be connected to the Internet. They intentionally did it. I can't even talk to customer service except I give them a credit/ debit card. I subscribe with them and make a one-time payment to use any of their products. I only use this surround soundbar for 3 months than ROKU hack it not to work.

This product is not worth the extra money. Sound quality is nothing special. Also it is wireless only and cannot be connected to your modem via a wired network connection. I'm going to return it. I am a big fan of Roku but will stick with the less expensive options they offer.

I like the idea of Roku and sound bar together. Roku is great, simple interface, sound quality was Ok though.
