So made purchase at Legacy store off 281/1604 but they only have one installer...at Christmas time??? Anyways, the soonest open appt was at the Alamo Ranch location. The guy was nice, told me he'd give me a call when it was ready and then did. No more, no less. It was ok, I guess.

I have tried to use this installation service twice. I can expect to hear a different price even though I have paid for the service. I can count on hearing it's the wrong size or I need extra equipment. I just ask can they put the money back on my card. Im pretty sure the techs are hourly and not by the job. They no problem turning you away for the simplest reason.

The agent said they could install my audio into my car, I drove 30 minutes to get there and waited almost 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t install it. That should be something they know before wasting customers time.
