    The service guy was nice . He seemed knowledgeable when it came to his job ! Only corral I have was the installation should have taken last time i.e. there was no amplifier hook up including.

    I have tried to use this installation service twice. I can expect to hear a different price even though I have paid for the service. I can count on hearing it's the wrong size or I need extra equipment. I just ask can they put the money back on my card. Im pretty sure the techs are hourly and not by the job. They no problem turning you away for the simplest reason.

    Installer not friendly complained ab install and found out I had to pay $50 just to put subs in box. Never got a call it was ready.

    Install was good missing item in car called Best Buy to report I hope the item may have fallen out off car not stolen will stop by tomorrow to verify with Victor.

    Ever since I got the sub/amp installed (both purchased at BestBuy for my older car), everytime I turn my car off after playing the woofer, it makes continuous low pitch sound and I have to disconnect the battery. I tried contacting BestBuy atleast 10 times, once I got hold I was asked to contact Geek Squad auto installer (was given a phone number), I have tried calling that number 100’s of times, no one receives the call, nor do they return the voicemail. The installation is supposed to be under the warranty (to this date when I am posting this review), that includes repairs to the faulty installation, and removal if I sell my car. How do you avail the warranty when you have no human to talk to who understands what’s going on? I haven’t got to used my system since I got installed, I am frustrated and hence writing a review. The only options I see out of this is either remove the system all together or pay someone else to reinstall everything over again. I’d never recommend anyone to use Bestbuy for any kind installation, better use your local shop!

    The agent said they could install my audio into my car, I drove 30 minutes to get there and waited almost 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t install it. That should be something they know before wasting customers time.

    After consultation about reinstalling previously installed speakers w/ subwoofer from old car being compatible in my new car...the day of actual swap I was informed I had to buy another set of door speakers to fit inside new car. Price discussed at consultation was disregarded totaling me out to almost twice as much as I was told prior to. Of course sound isn't what it was in the new car without complete speaker transfer. I was devastated. Completely devastated. Not reviewing on Tech's work quality, just didn't understand why the $200 increase

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m truly sorry if your old speakers didn’t fit into your new vehicle. I know I like to save money wherever possible, so finding out that new speakers would be needed for your doors would certainly be disappointing. If you have questions about your consultation and the price of your service, I would recommend contacting your local store and Auto Techs as they should be able to assist you in understanding the charges and services completed.

    The first install the guy did not install my subs correctly to the amp. I believe I was reading 15 ohms. The second time I went up to get it fixed I got a different installer. I would recommend using Matt.

    They sell the service as simple install of amp and once you buy it online and go to store to retrieve, they state that yours is not like that and end up paying way more than it states, real frustrating

    First time completely unhappy with Best Buy

    They did a horrible job. Completely went against what I asked. The manager did nothing except tell me I can pay to fix it. I asked Bryan in dept to call me and they didn’t. I left msg for him no response. And when they moved my car they moved my outside and inside mirrors and readjusted my seats.

    Good job over all, had some feed back in speakers. Tech didn't really know much about my car! Not very many options to replace factory radio

    Installers were not much helpful at all to make the unit work. All I needed was a boost of bass with my factory radio and sure, they put the settings where I hear no bass at all and claim that it’s a small unit so not to expect much from it. They want to install a unit where they think it’s good enough and give each customer individualized treatment! And they charged more for the installation compared to prior job done in the same shop, different installer and first one was a bigger subwoofer with built in amplifier. Yes, they did their job installing my unit but not maximize customer satisfaction so yeah therefore, the one star

    Waited 3 weeks for a appointment to get a subwoofer and amp installed in my 2012 Chrysler 300 I was so excited .now let me paint a picture ,I walk in 35mins early for appt and 2 young guys in the active 2 bay install port .their were no cars in bays being worked on at fri at 1245 NONE..he finally looks at me asked me few questions and proceeded to tell me I need a 300$part to do the install after I was told we got everything needed ,sorry sir can’t do it .left went to local install shop ,owner set me up for install cheaper and told me I don’t need that part they just didn’t want to do it …and I agree ,I’m sure they have ran off quite a few people and crushed hopes and what they were promised when making a appointment with Destin Best Buy s geek squad automotive.please whoever reads this ,they can treat us badly and this is all we have to try make others not get treated that way by spreading the word …STay away from Best Buy automotive geek squad .

    The install took way longer than quoted, had to be brought back the second day due to issues. The tech rushed the end and didn't get everything reconnected.
