Amp didn’t shut off and drained my battery. They are supposed to fix it.

The installation tech had me return the equipment that your app said would fit my truck. Couldn't I be notified during the phone call prior to the installation day? Also, I was still charged for installation, even if there wasn't anything to install.

Brand new vehicle was damaged during installation. Vehicle will no longer start. Vehicle has been at the dealership for 2 weeks and still hasn't been able to be fixed. I went to best buy thinking that they were experienced texhnicians and that my vehicle would be safe in there hands. I couldn't have been more mistaken. Now i am making payments on a vehicle i can't use and my family is down to one vehicle until this issue can finally be figured out. This is my first new vehicle and now it won't even work.

He did a ok job it wasnt professional but it wasn't the worst

I wouldn't recommend bestbuy to install amps and woofers

My installation was excellent,but I got all kinds of miss directions from different employees. My initial contact told me the price for installation and it turned out to be another price when I returned. I payed the difference and had the work done and returned to get a different price. Gets a little taxing after a few trips. I’ve been a long time costumer and running the risk of loosing me. If you tell me one thing and I agree the deal is final. If you uninstall a system stands to reason it’s going back in something.

Second amp install here, power and signal wires routed on same side of car, most likely due to VW firewall access. Fused end of cable not secured to battery box just, lying there next to the battery. Looks amateurish. System works fine though. That average person might not notice. I did.

Best buy couldnt order correct parts and was not very helpful

Great product. Will continue to have stuff installed from them. Problem fixed for free.

Took about 2 and half hours but was efficient and cleanly done.

Disappointed. Went through the whole process of scheduling appointment, going to Best Buy for my installation just to be told 30 minutes later by technician that they did not have equipment sophisticated enough to find out where to drill for an amp install on my 2013 Jeep Patriot

I had my amp installed two months ago and immediately noticed a piece of trim missing around the door sill. The installer said they would replace it, just give him some time to get it shipped to him. I've spoken to the assistant manager several times and she has been less than helpful so far. 2 months later and still no trim. I am just requesting a refund on the service and i'll replace the trim myself.

Didn't have it very long and it stopped working. Displeased.

It’s hard enough to get an appointment to then get it canceled. There’s was no priority to reschedule. My closest Best Buy doesn’t do installations anymore and the website tells you to call or a visit instead of saying “This location no longer does installations.” The automated phone system barely works and picks up the sound of a sneezing ant, therefore, unable to utilize. I sad big corporation with poor customer service. Therefore, Best Buy is overrated. Makes you understand why to go to independent small businesses . This makes for a great Yelp review.
