    This was the fourth time that I had a car in for car audio installation. First thee times were fantastic! Fourth time was infuriating. The new installers and management were very rude and provided horrible customer service when approached with my issue with this installation! Poor communication skills, don’t return phone calls and their responses when I called them were continuously changing from their previous responses. Took four weeks to get their resolution. We will not be returning to the Chesterfield MO store. Customer service. No customer with bad service!!

    Don’t waste your time. Took my car in and the guy said it was too complex for him to work on. He said this is no Honda so it’s not easy. Rescheduled me with another installer in a later date after I already waited 3 weeks for my appt.

    It was a horrible experience. First the installer didnt show up to work after waiting around in the store for 30 mins because he was supposed to show at 11 am and nobody told me, apparently nobody knows the schedule or when someone calls off. Then they rescheduled me another 3 weeks out and then 3-4 days prior to my install the "geek squad manager" leaves me a voice mail saying there not doing car installs anymore. A total unprofessional waste of my time.

    I came in to get a simple amp and subwoofer installed. I left with headlights not working, interior lights not working and the subwoofer and amp improperly installed. They sent me packing knowing the system was installed incorrectly. Told me the next appointment was in December. Worst customer service experience I think I have ever encountered. Something that was supposed to be fun and exciting turned out being costly in time and money and left worse off then when I arrived.

    The agents cut all the wiring short behind the dash making it difficult to wire together...they didn't put tape or anything to keep the wires from shorting out or any kind of connection to prevent what eventually happened....it stopped working after a couple of months and I have been given the run around when trying to get it fixed and it's been 3 months!!!! very very disappointed

    Didnt get installed because of sum policy issue.Wires cannot be copper but I've always used copper,plus it came with the subs& factory installation kit.

    I had an amp installed. Went to leave and didn't notice anything different. Tech has forgot to install fuses. Seems to me like this should be routine because how can you test something with no fuses?

    The agents mounted the amp but forgot a piece of the floorboard so I hear a constant hissing noise and feel air from the road

    Chose geek squad location carefully

    when i first for my sub installed, they did great job, however this time i went to the arrowhead location rather than the avondale one. both times i went to avondale the geek squad worker kept trying to up sell me on different items. installation second time around was incomplete as well

    The installer is very helpful and is trying to help me but the equipment is either not what i need or I really dont know. But I m not satisfied at all. Spent a good amount of money.

    Made an appointment to install a subwoofer. On that day my son called to verify the appointment. The guy he talked to said they were busy and they would call him back. He must have misunderstood the question because they never called back and we missed our appointment. There was a big problem getting the truck back in on that day. I had to go through 3 people to finally get my truck in. They wanted to reschedule and we already had to wait 1 month for an appointment.

    The technician installing my sub was not friendly and did not care to explain information to me. He was more worried about finishing before his shift ended. Then he installed my bass remote control UNDER THE SUBWOOFER. So now I have to remove the subwoofer and remove my seat to figure out where he put it.

    didn't wire the backup cam the right way. It is supposed to automatically turn on when u put it in reverse and i have to manually turn it on. and the HDMI part stays on and kills my battery! i thought they would've known these things and done it the right way, but seems like they just went the easy way instead....

    Oringnally installer told me no one from geek squad was familar with my year vehicle it took longer because of that Still have issues with the install not happy at all dont work properly i get loud sound feedback which sounds louder than the bass it does this with radio off i didnt get much help installer trued to blame it on the amp sell me new amp when this same amp no issues in the same vehicle

    Bought some speakers for my car and had an amp installed and the installer did a poor job I found screws missing panels not correctly installed rubber boot in the door not reinstalled correctly and to top it all off the fastening straps for my seat cover were broken I found them on the floor....never again will I use their services.

    Terrible experience. Installer said he called earlier to let me know he wouldnt be able to install. Specifically said he left a voicemail. That was a blatant lie. Im an avid best buy customer but i will not be returning again. Theres no need to lie straight to my face.
