    Amplified installation

    I got it done by them, a week later it stopped working. Called to make an appointment for them to look at it and I was told “it probably stopped working because you have a cheap system.” Definitely was not satisfied with my service. I was also told 1.5 hours and it’ll be done, it took 4 hours for the lady to finish.

    Clueless installer

    The installer convinced me to install my sub in the factory sub space after I told him I read online that it will rattle too much. He assured me it will not rattle. When I picked up my car, the first thing he told me is I have to keep the bass turned down because it will rattle too much!!

    Install Stopped Working After 4 Months

    Had a backup camera and hideaway speaker installed on jeep. They did the absolute bare minimum for install. Speaker free in trunk and camera at an angle. In mid March the speaker just stopped working. I've used the service in the past and it was great. I won't be using the service again.

    Csncelled appointment without a phone call

    Store was open for retail business but they cancelled my car appointment. No call I just notice an email saying you cancelled the scheduled appointment. I understand we are in a corona virus state but this was before the shutdown and why is the store open selling products one on one on the same day.

    Lazy Installer came up with every excuse to not do install and never came up with any alternative options real bad attitude and I’m glad I didn’t have home install my amplifier because he probably didn’t know what he was doing or just plain lazy! Never again! I’ll do it myself!

    Horrible customer service!! The manager (long hair and balding on top of head...i think his name was mark) was very rude and gave wrong information just to get me to purchase the total tech

    After purchasing all the required materials for installation from Best Buy, the speakers that were installed and never worked. We went back twice and then they finally stated it was due to our speakers. Never will use them again-

    Went in and gave my truck for the day, they called said it was done. I go in and they only did half my install. I had to go to the bosses boss to get the rest installed and she took his side. Geek Squad sucks!

    Horrible. Drove to several stores for months for an installation they could not do. Don’t wasted your time or gas.

    Hidden fees, not told dates till after purchase, dates were over a month out. Quoted one price then also had to buy multiple other parts. Was asked if I could leave my car there the whole week. Was told fine if you can’t bring it in at the time and I’ll get it back to you when I can.

    Not impressed! I needed to have a amp/sub combo that I purchased from another retailer. The first attempt they could not figure out how to get sound. I had to wait over 5 hours. The first installer did not do the wiring correctly. The second attempt took about 30 min...but they put the amp/box on the worong side.

    I wouldn't let that bunch of monkeys hook up a water hose.it took them 8 hours to do a 3 hour job. Plus they burn up my amplifier and failed to hook up my subwoofers properly.

    Thanks for canceling my installation without telling me it would also cancel my order. Wasted a whole Saturday trying to get the balance of my refund. You’re lucky you don’t have any competition

    Best buy customer service just hangs up on people. The read from a script over and over and it is not even related to your question. Spent 12 hours calling support for no answers. Good luck if you shop here.

    Upset that the technician wasn't able to install my 5 channel amp . He then said he needed more than 4hrs and he only scheduled 3 1/2 hrs because he was going to school and the only technician.

    My service was not completed I was talked out of it by the installer because of the size of my truck and returned the products. But I was still charged 136$?

    Still haven’t had my system installed. I got the head unit put in but it still needs the steering wheel controls connected. Waiting on the rest to be installed over a month now
