    The installation was not what I expected and the speaker quit working and everything makes a buzzing noise and smells like it’s burning I am worried my equipment is going To catch on fire! This is a horrible experience and I would Be happy if I could Get you guys to fix the issues I have been trying to resolve for Over 3 months!!!!

    Trying to cancel an order is virtually impossible. They have transferred me 4 times and stone-walled me. Order #04520574192013024 Done with Best Buy.

    They got it all hooked up nice and hidden but wired the amp to the sub wrong. My sub blew out two times already just got my third one and finally checked their wiring. Fixed it myself. Kicker L7 15. 3rd one I've had to get because of this. that's $1650 since I had to get two new ones after the first one. If I was planning on spending that much would of went to some custom audio place instead.

    Tech screwed a 6lb amp to the back of the seat in my brand new car. Of course the weight of the amp ripped the screws out, leaving holes in my seat and damaging the amp. Line output converter was installed under trunk interior... so you couldn't get to it to adjust any settings.

    Didn’t listen, improper set up

    Nothing got installed because the people that set the appointment up didn’t listen when I told them they were powered subwoofers. They needed installation kits which were going to cost me $200 more on top of what I paid already for the installation with the total tech support.

    No amp installed. Told to buy and the “genius” squad could not complete the task, this wasting my time and money. Stay away from Reynoldsburg, OH store. It’s a joke. Unprofessional, poor communication, and rude. Want to complain to a manager? Good luck the avoid you like Covid.

    Amp Install Labor

    I was displeased with the process and its entirety. The first time I dropped it off for the install there was an issue with cleanliness. However when I looked at the area in question I was able to wipe up the area with a wet wipe. There was no detail cleaning needed. This delayed the install process by almost 4 weeks. I was not impressed with the customer service

    It worked for six days!

    Took forever to get an install appt. Once we finally did, appt took triple what they said. They had my son waiting all night. The store closed and they asked him to leave it overnight. He had work the next day. It only worked for six days and still can't get anywhere with the install team.

    I called for clarity on an email received. The email was in reference to an exchange I was allowed by Best Buy, wirh no clarity. After going thru several promps, selecting several numbers, I was placed on a silent hold. After (at least) 30 min, I disconencted the call.

    I Paid for a 2 channel amp install. Waited a month for the install date! Walked in on the day of the install and the installer said your truck is too new we don't know how to do it. I'm still waiting for my refund being you have to pay upfront!!

    I got it done by them, a week later it stopped working. Called to make an appointment for them to look at it and I was told “it probably stopped working because you have a cheap system.” Definitely was not satisfied with my service. I was also told 1.5 hours and it’ll be done, it took 4 hours for the lady to finish.

    I unfortunately would not recommend using this service. I had a amp installed and when they were done there was a new hole on my firewall for wiring when there was already a factory hole to use. And it fried my battery same daybof installation.

    The installer convinced me to install my sub in the factory sub space after I told him I read online that it will rattle too much. He assured me it will not rattle. When I picked up my car, the first thing he told me is I have to keep the bass turned down because it will rattle too much!!

    Install Stopped Working After 4 Months

    Had a backup camera and hideaway speaker installed on jeep. They did the absolute bare minimum for install. Speaker free in trunk and camera at an angle. In mid March the speaker just stopped working. I've used the service in the past and it was great. I won't be using the service again.

    Csncelled appointment without a phone call

    Store was open for retail business but they cancelled my car appointment. No call I just notice an email saying you cancelled the scheduled appointment. I understand we are in a corona virus state but this was before the shutdown and why is the store open selling products one on one on the same day.

    Car installers failed me twice.

    I showed up for two different install times and confirmed my appointments both times and still have not gotten my amp installed. Terrible customer service by Best Buy.

    Waited a month for the appointment only to be told AFTER WE GOT THERE they dont do the wiring! Whats the purpose of the installation?

    The guys who installed my amplifier did a horrible job. I got the base knob as well and that doesn’t even work.
