I can't say it any different. Geek squad is garbage

And the install people are rarely working so the appointment dates are booked for weeks.

They used electrical tape instead of butt connectors. Really unhappy with it

System over all didn't work due to cords wouldn't stay connected.

We are so happy with the purchase of our new amp. Also, the installation was a success. It was professionally done under the seat with all wires hidden. It is out of sight and sounds amazing!

They installed front door component speakers, both back deck 6x9's a;; hooked up to an amp. Told me everything they were going to do to my car and you cant even tell my car has a system in it. Great job and i will probably be going back to get my subs installed. Could do all this myself but i would rather just have them do it professionally and be happy with my life-time installation guarantee Great service, friendly and i have zero complaints.

I had to get a longer cord here, the one i brought was to short so tech guys had their longer cords in stock

Great technician did the install, Neat work install perfect, hope they save box and material for the KICKER HS10, I want to save it, be back on 11/21/25 12:00 for another install hope O can pick it up.

These guys killed it. I brought in a powered subwoofer purchased from Amazon. They installed it, discovered it was a faulty speaker. Then they recommended a replacement, installed it, and were very honest and upfront though the whole process. Very quick, easy, and professional. Will be coming back in the future

Went to the store in Altamonte Springs to have my amp & two subs installed. Once finished, the install crew called me over to listen to the speakers, and they didn't sound right. He told me it was because I needed to close the holes in the back of my boxes, so I bought pieces to cover the holes, yet they still didn't sound great. They're advice to me was to get ported boxes. Later that week, I was un-hooking the speakers from my amp to replace the boxes, and I noticed that the positive & negative leads were hooked to the wrong terminals! So I went ahead and hooked them up correctly, and it sounded amazing! All-in-all, the amp was hooked up correctly, but I think they got tired / lazy by the time they hooked the speakers up. Just wish I checked it out before I bought new boxes and pieces from Best Buy to close the holes in my original boxes.

Guys were great but only worked for 20 mins after install called and went back next day was told speaker was bad but was brand new. Found that the tech had line output converter wired wrong told him and he didn’t say anything and hurried up and changed it to how it was supposed to be and said come back if I get new speaker. Did nothing for the inconvenience. Wires were just balled up and pushed in the corner not hid nor out of the way

The tech mounted this in my vehicle and it works excellent, great bass sound.

The tech did a great job at answering all my questions. He also heard me when I made certain requests and made suggestions that were great. Overall, a great experience.

Tom installed my subwoofer and did such an wonderful job! Really cared about making sure I knew what everything was for and gave me updates on the whole process while waiting. He’s absolutely fantastic, be sure to ask for him!
