I had a good experience with Gavin installing my equipment for me in my car at the Orange California location. Gavin is meticulous he takes his time and he does an outstanding job. Everything was clean and he went the extra miles to make everything look like it was stock. I would definitely go back and have Gavin do installations for me. He installed component speakers in the front doors, 2 ways in the rear doors, and an amp and a powered subwoofer in the trunk. Thanks Gavin!!! My stereo sounds awesome!!!

Ran the wires and installed my subs and amp perfectly and quickly!

Today installed Speakers, Subwoofer and Mono Amplifier at Best buy in Chesterfield, MO. Brogan Sherman who did my install was friendly, very knowledge, and had done excellent job in installing the Mono Amplifier, Would highly recommended Brogan Sherman for car audio install. if you live in and around Chesterfield.

I had two amps and a subwoofer installed in my car and everything went fine, the system works great and i couldn't be more pleased. The only thing thats wrong with the install is that the installers didn't consult me about where to put the amps, so they just assumed they would screw it into the back of my seats. Now i am no longer able to put down my rear seats for more space because there are two amps in the way.

I went to Best Buy today to have the technician look at my car stereo system. I had called earlier and described the problem for him and he simply told me to bring it in with my original sales receipt. Alex was his name, and he was very knowledgeable about my situation. He fixed the problem in a timely manor and even offered other suggestions for my stereo set up. I would recommend him to anyone.

Failed amp installation and scratches left on new car. They detached the failed install and the stereo does not work the same before they brought it in. I was lied to. I basically got my car messed up for free. Now I have to pay a dealership to fix the issue. Also, I have to pay to get the failed install removed. Hopefully, I can talk to the manager to get this reimbursed but I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

If you buy any audio components from Best buy it might be worth the time and extra money to have it done right. The techs are friendly and very helpful. We ran into a slight problem installing my alarm system but Brook managed to get it done and didn't charge me any extra. great job in a timely manner.

The job was well done but the installer cut a pretty noticeable hole in the carpet of my 2006 Mercedes c280! He said he needed to run a wire from the cigarette lighter. I was not trilled about having a hole in the carpet. At least he could have stitched it back up to say the least. If you need to cut up someones carpet you should at least call the owner and let them know before hand. I now have a ugly cut on my carpet. Also he did not vacuum the carpet when done and also some of the door slats were not snapped all the way down. I had to take the car to the dealer to get the lock knob fixed after the door started acting funny after he opened the door pannel. The installed, Larry, knows his stuff but he should take proper care of people's car. They seemed pretty busy on Saturday so maybe that was why he rushed. Either way i expected a better service from Best Buy

This sub sounds really nice. If you're looking for more of an audiophile system where the bass sounds tight, accurate, and will also thump, this is a good choice.

the costumer service was horrible at the best-buy in Temecula. i installed an amp and a subwoofer at the best buy but they forgot to install the bass booster which also comes with the amp so i went ahead to best buy in Temecula,CA and explained the situation. the guy who i talked to had a horrible attitude, at one moment he even tried to fight me when i was just tryna explain to him what had happened. his exact quotes were,"what u got beef with me? " but at the end he ended up installing the bass-booster for me which they had forgot to install for me the first time...after the install i checked to see if he had installed it properly and come to find out he did a bad job on my panels where the wire goes and the back seat was all loose. when i complained to the manager Ortiz (his name) he couldn't do any thing for me and told m to come back after 4 days. at that point i couldn't do anything so i agreed but as i was leaving both Ortiz and the guy who installed it where laughing and talking trash...
