Amazing service in the car audio installation bay!

Tech was on time did a great job. And explained install and how to use equipment throughly. Also equipment was better than expected.

I had a JBL digital mono block amplifier installed. It's a newer style of product that is set 100% digitally. The install bay installers had said they didn't know much about this type of product and that it was a "challenge" to tune it. Unfortunately it wasn't tuned that well (the levels were not set where they should be). The actual hook-up of the amplifier to the battery, to the speakers, and to the head-unit was done very well. The amp was mounted onto the back side of a custom fit subwoofer enclosure and was secured very nicely. They even handled some basic wire management (read: made the wires look pretty) that I didn't expect from them. The amp works great now that I tuned it myself, and it should stay safe and secure for the life of the vehicle. Overall a positive experience.

I own a very special muscle car, 1969 vintage. To install a contemporary audio system in this vehicle required custom work, great planning as well as patience and skill. My installers, Jeremy H. & Mike H., displayed those skills. They took great care of the install, choosing the appropriate equipment components and were VERY careful with "my valuable ride"! They went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Their professionalism and efficiency went beyond my expectations.

Mike is the Best installer "hands down"! if you need any automotive electronics installed.........The Best Buy in Lake Geneva, WI is the place to go. Mike is professional and courteous to a fault. NO WONDER it takes two weeks to get into him for an appointment. He added a second Alpine slimline 8 inch amplifier to my truck and my god does it ROCK! He hid it never to be seen and left a clean install like you have never seen. Its funny when I have folks in my old Dodge Dakota and turn on the stereo; it blows their minds with how good it sounds. Mike did it all!!!!!!!!!

Ricky Or Alex or both did a amazing job, they did exactly as I asked an didn't fret when it came to a lil issue that I didn't plan on when I prepped the stuff pre-install to make things easier on them.

Went to best buy in Lexington on Nicholasvile rd. Let me say the techs there were awesome hands down. Came up with a cool concept for hooking up my amp in a nice place without losing any trunk space! It sounds awesome at the least I'm pretty impressed with the work the homies did and appreciate it. They'll go above and beyond and highly recommend this best buy over the rest!

The Tech guy was so cool and chill he was by himself that day too didnt have any help finish my car fast and did and excellent job on it glad I can take my car there waterford lakes best buy in florida orlando is the best.
