I wanted to upgrade my factory audio system I wanted to make sure that the install was done correctly and I didn't want to spend a large amount of money. so I bought my pioneer head unit from best buy and I ordered pioneer 6.5 4way speakers, pioneer 6x9 5 way speakers, pioneer tweeters, 2 12" pioneer subs and 2 pioneer amps from amazon. i brought all of this equipment to best buy and they installed every thing without a problem. i am well pleased with their work and I recommend their services, you wont be disappointed

I don’t know what advanced hands-free installation is in comparison to normal, average, too nervous to use hands-free teenaged Joe installation is, but I like it. If advanced hands-free installation were a person it would be Leo DeCaprio in The Wolf of Wall Street-pre-prison. If standard hands-free installation were a person it would be Leo DeCaprio in What’s Eating Gilbert Grape-without sound. Jim at Best Buy in Okemos is a professional and takes pride in his work.

They quoted me 2 hours on the install so i waited at the store turned out to be almost 5 hours before it was completed. ALl in all the job completed was correct and works great. just wish i knew the time wasted i could have used elsewhere had i known.

The installation was done in a timely and professional manner, very pleased with the end result of install.

install was ok only problem is they did me wrong with the speaker wire cut them short so i couldnt reposition my speakers into a different direction they kept all the leftover wire pretty lame considering how much the wiring harness costs

Had this installed at Best Buy with a hideaway sub by kicker. Great sound more than expected...very happy!

The agents gave good advice with my speaker set. The agent installed my subwoofer. I intend on returning soon for more installments.

It was installed in just over 2 hours, I was Quoted 3 and a half hours for the install and around $300. The install was only about $180. The person who installed it and tested was very nice and very helpful when I thought the AMP shorted it out. He fixed it

Team did a great job with the install. Project took same amount of time as expected and was out the door with the price quoted. Team seemed to enjoy doing the work and was happy to show off the new sub install in the car. Very happy with the work and love using best buy as an install crew for car audio.

They installed my speakers quickly and efficiently.

Although the subwoofer I had installed is only of average quality, the experience of buying it and having it installed was very good. I was not looking for a state of the art subwoofer. The salesperson acknowledged this and suggested this unit. When it came to being installed, the tech was courteous, skillful and timely. He even corrected an error from a previous install not done by Best Buy. The work area was clean and the whole process left a very positive impression. Only downside is you will have to come to Davenport to have the same team.

At my store in the surrounding Atlanta area the Geek Squad audio installation was a total pro! Now my car sounds amazing and the worker at my store won an award for cleanest audio bay and for being in the top class of elite Geek Squad installers in the area! The Kicker VSS Powerstage and amp is an amazing product that does not interfere with the car's warranty and was an excellent upgrade to the audio! Had an extra amp for both the 2 ch and 4 ch install. Now we are rocking in style and sound!

Very fast and professional very knowledgeable, friendly

I had a powered subwoofer that I purchased used and needed it installed, so I went to Best Buy to have it done. I also purchased the wiring kit separately and brought that in, and they worked with everything I gave them. Installation in my trunk was done with great quality, and there is no evidence that wiring was run from the front of the car to the rear of the car. Thank you!

It took a little bit of time but it is a flawless install. I am so glad I got total Tech. It has more than paid for itself but I am more appreciative of the technicians being mindful of my property and taking really good care of the interior of my car.
