The representative-Installer knew exactly what I needed to make my car stereo awesome!!!

Besides the fact that they did book everything up correctly they didn't know that they hadn't turn the gain up on the amp and couldn't figure out why there was no sound coming out the sound so I took my car home n took the whole thing apart before I found the fumble sounds gd n slams bt your teams trouble shooting game was off that day it's ok they'll have a chance to redeem themselves soon

John was excellent throughout the entire install process, as well as follow up service.

First let me say the gentleman at the location (Plano, Tx) has excellent customer service. When I went in to purchase the speakers he was technically off just waiting for a customer to get there car but he helped me anyway. He not only helped me after that customer came & left he did it without making me feel rushed. He also installed everything when I brought it back with great quality. The speakers & amp sound great!!

Brought my car in to have an amp and sub installed. Was approximately 3 hours. My only issue with the install is that the fuse that was installed wasn't fully tightened on one side causing the amp to stop working until I found and reconnected the fuse to the battery.

The service was great man really helpful an fast highly recommend my tech was awsome

I do a lot of my own projects including fixing it installing electronics. Sometimes I don't have the time though and I have no problem taking my things to Geek Squad to help me out. Especially car stereo installs.

They was very helpful when we had questions about the sub installation,and if we needed to bring it back for any reason it would not be a problem

If I could give them a 0 star I would i went and purchased the speakers for my truck four of them and I paid for the installation mind you I had to pay installation for each sets of speakers but ok then I told them I wanted to get my amp and subs connector so I bought the amp wiring kit plus installation so when it came down to my appointment I dropped off my truck 7 hours later they call me saying my truck was done so by the time I get there the installation place was closed so I had to find someone to get my truck out so I’m going over everything and I see that the guy didn’t install my wiring kit so I asked one of the guys that was there and he told me that he can refund me my money cause he didn’t think the way I wanted it to be was going to work when he told me when I purchased everything that what I wanted was not a problem so I told him no I payed for the installation and I wanted what I payed for so I had to make another appointment to get my truck in to get it put in and the dude had an attitude about it so when I dropped it off a week later he tells me that he wasn’t going to give me warranty on that part so if you’re thinking about getting your subs or any kind of work done by Best Buy I recommend you go somewhere else

Install was quick and easy. The system soynded great

I had my amp installed there it looks very nice he went above and beyond with my wiring he cleaned up what I had done on something else in my car he was very nice and got me in and out and looks amazing

The geek squad agent took time to help me pick out a custom box online for my truck. I ordered it as I already had a 12” Fosgate P3 I took out of my old car. The technician installed my fosgate 1000W amp and installed my speaker in the custom box. He installed a high/low converter and I left feeling very pleased and what I feel should have cost a few hundred dollars only cost me $99. Amazing service!

Hands down to the professional that installed my subwoofer, epic center and my amplifier. I went to other stereo installation places, like Quality Auto Sound and it was toooo expensive. You can get the exact same sound and service from Best Buy installers, the one in Thornton is the one I went to, as the competition.

From start to finish the car audio installers kept me informed on what they were doing and what to expect. I had them install an amp for my existing subwoofers and connect it in my trunk. They did a great job. I also wanted them to install a new deck but there are no install accessories for my 2020 Kia Soul available....yet. I will check back in a few months. Had my system installed at best buy, by being a total tech member the installed my sub and amp at no cost. Kaleb has be my installer for several systems, professional installation and will walk you through on what ever he installs, best buy in Arlington

The guys at the Best Buy in Snellville GA on Hwy 124 did a great job keeping the install clean & very discreet, they also did a great job tuning the Amp to my system. I couldn't have done better myself and the young man who did the work took extra time to go over the settings & show me exactly how he did everything. I couldn't ask for more. Great work & great customer service!!!

Installation was smooth and I'm happy I did it because the stock sound wasn't cutting it for me

Alfredo gave me GREAT customer service when helping me pick out what I needed for my daughters car stereo system she was getting for Christmas. He also did the installation in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with him in every aspect. Best Buy needs to make sure he’s around for a VERY LONG TIME, great for business when you have an employee that takes pride in his work.

Best Buy's Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing a Kicker - Hideaway 8" Subwoofer in my Toyota 4Runner. The installation took a few hours, but the quality of the install was well worth the wait. They installed the subwoofer in the corner of my cargo area and did a great job concealing all of the wires. I have been using my Kicker - Hideaway 8" Subwoofer for almost a month now and have had no issues so far. Bottom line: I am very happy with the install.
