They installed my subwoofer properly. Too bad initially i got my speakers installed at geek squad los feliz. They did not installed it properly i have to go back multiple times. Then they broke my stock speakers damaged my new hideaway subwoofer did not covered wiring going to my car fire wall. Absolute a messed. I highly recommend to come at geek squad bubank than los feliz..

Had my system installed at best buy, by being a total tech member the installed my sub and amp at no cost. Kaleb has be my installer for several systems, professional installation and will walk you through on what ever he installs, best buy in Arlington

I drove to the beat buy store in Evansville Indiana to have my amplifier in my truck installed since they ran my 4 channel and the guys did great work I went back to have them install my bass amp and couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received again and the overall feeling that I was a valued customer so I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car audio service.

Phenomenal Service! I really cannot figure out how Best Buy makes any money from their Total Tech Membership because I personally have saved over $1000 in-home and auto installs alone. Geek Squad Auto Tech (Russ) at the Hoover, AL store is extremely knowledgeable about the products and installs. He did a very clean install. Would highly recommend!

My Installer placed my two new amps under the front drivers seat. There was room and the wiring look clean. However that area is shared by some of my Jeeps accessories. The Installer just set all of these electronics on top of each other. I would have expected a more solid mounting. So far I have no issues but only time will tell. I do trust Best Buy will support my install but I think this could have been done much better.

They was very helpful when we had questions about the sub installation,and if we needed to bring it back for any reason it would not be a problem

I had taken a new subwoofer to be installed not sure what the price or the quality of the outcome would be. I’m happily to say my new subwoofer works excellent with my stereo and the sound quality is phenomenal, all for a very great price ! At first one of my functions in car stopped working, went back, they did a 15 min fix, and everything was all good.

Installation was fast once I dropped off my truck. They warranty their work so why not?

The installer answered all my questions, made a couple of suggestions that helped, I did not need the backup camera I purchased because he could connect the existing camera, also he suggested I purchase an additional part that would allow him to connect the DVD player that was already in the car. My grandson loves the woofer and radio that was installed.

Geek Squad took the time to find the best spot for my sub. This meant that he hooked up the sub to an external radio and played music through the sub while setting the sub in various locations in the jeep. Once we settled on the right location, he had no issue with me watching the install. Wires were soldered together, not just twisted and capped together. The overall system was tuned. Overall very professional.

Garrett was great to work with. Listened and acted on my requests and was very accommodating. He tweaked the amp before I left to match my sound taste and extended an offer to bring it in for more tweaking later if necessary. Also, he put the amp under my right side passenger seat at my request. This was more of a pain than installing it in alternative locations and I'm very appreciative that he did. Excellent service!

I had a great experience with my install everything g looked so neat and you would have never even of known it was aftermarket would and will recommend and or get the service again

The installer did a great job and was very careful of the interior of the car as to not mess anything up. Looks Great
