Everything was hooked up properly and all cables were hidden, I was walked through exactly what was done and was really impressed with the professionalism.

Brought my car in to have an amp and sub installed. Was approximately 3 hours. My only issue with the install is that the fuse that was installed wasn't fully tightened on one side causing the amp to stop working until I found and reconnected the fuse to the battery.

The guys at the Best Buy in Snellville GA on Hwy 124 did a great job keeping the install clean & very discreet, they also did a great job tuning the Amp to my system. I couldn't have done better myself and the young man who did the work took extra time to go over the settings & show me exactly how he did everything. I couldn't ask for more. Great work & great customer service!!!

Alfredo gave me GREAT customer service when helping me pick out what I needed for my daughters car stereo system she was getting for Christmas. He also did the installation in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with him in every aspect. Best Buy needs to make sure he’s around for a VERY LONG TIME, great for business when you have an employee that takes pride in his work.

Sub and amp was installed nicely other than the amp was mounted to the box when asked specifically not to do that. Also some of the trim was not snapped back in either. Otherwise everything works!

Hands down to the professional that installed my subwoofer, epic center and my amplifier. I went to other stereo installation places, like Quality Auto Sound and it was toooo expensive. You can get the exact same sound and service from Best Buy installers, the one in Thornton is the one I went to, as the competition.

Low Cost and Good Value. I would recommend anybody doing a low cost renovation to their vehicle. Best Buy services in general are usually of very high quality and I would recommend them.

Had a GREAT experience with Best Buy's installation in Waco. Carlos did a fantastic job installing my son's radio. Moreover, I went back and had him install a sub as well. I purchased a 4 amp wire kit that was almost a hundred dollars only to find out that it was overkill. Carlos substituted an eight amp wire and saved me $70 back to my account. Now that's what I call being honest as well as Skillful. I trust this team in Waco!!!!!!!!!

Amazing install! she did what no other install person can do. Master! I would trust the install here over any other location by far bar none. Very professional and friendly.

I wanted to upgrade my truck's audio system, this brings the power without being too obscenely loud. So I spoke with Shawn & Kenneth, and they helped me pick it out and installed the entire system.

They installed my subwoofer properly. Too bad initially i got my speakers installed at geek squad los feliz. They did not installed it properly i have to go back multiple times. Then they broke my stock speakers damaged my new hideaway subwoofer did not covered wiring going to my car fire wall. Absolute a messed. I highly recommend to come at geek squad bubank than los feliz..

The car audio installation staff are great! Steve, Nate and Justin have been very helpful. The amp is making a noise when turned on and they are helping to figure out what the problem is.

I drove to the beat buy store in Evansville Indiana to have my amplifier in my truck installed since they ran my 4 channel and the guys did great work I went back to have them install my bass amp and couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received again and the overall feeling that I was a valued customer so I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car audio service.

They did a good job, howvever wish they would have paid a little more attention when putting my panels back together. One wasnt even on completely and the one under my dash wiggles now.

I do a lot of my own projects including fixing it installing electronics. Sometimes I don't have the time though and I have no problem taking my things to Geek Squad to help me out. Especially car stereo installs.

The geek squad team was very excited to finally have a nice setup to work with and on I would definitely recommend them however they just didn’t put panels back right so I have to take the star off always room for improvement

Phenomenal Service! I really cannot figure out how Best Buy makes any money from their Total Tech Membership because I personally have saved over $1000 in-home and auto installs alone. Geek Squad Auto Tech (Russ) at the Hoover, AL store is extremely knowledgeable about the products and installs. He did a very clean install. Would highly recommend!
