My experience with auto tech Billy was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient and did rest until I was satisfied. He was able to gat what was in my head in my car system. I had no prior knowledge of equipment so it was challenging for me to put in words what I wanted. Through a series of sounds and gestures he was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Worthy of recognition.

The installation was awesome. Sam did a really great job!! He was very polite and knowledgeable of what he does.

They mounted my amplifier underneath my driver seat so it’s out of sight and convenient to access, put the subwoofer in the trunk, it didn’t seem like it was particularly tuned in from the amp, but I didn’t mind too much because I intended to go in after them and tune it to my liking anyways.

At first one of my functions in car stopped working, went back, they did a 15 min fix, and everything was all good.

This is the smallest of the AudioControl amps. I have seen Audio in car and more recently in a home stereo set up. They are the best quality. They are more expensive than other comparable 2 channel amps this size. They are high quality though and you can’t go wrong with them.

Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The install looked very clean and professional. Surprisingly it was completed quite promptly and well within the time frame provided. Everything is working as expected and to my satisfaction.

Recently installed my amp and wires. They did great installing it and setting it up. Also did great problem solving the issues from the line out converter. Wish they would have hid the wires a little better. Will have to unhook a few wires and run them around rear back seats to hid it better. Other than that everything as been working perfectly.

The young man came up with a very genius way to install my amp in my trunk. I have never seen it done like that. I appreciate and applaud his ingenuity and hard work.

I always use the geek squad install team. They are guaranteed to do a great job and are reliable.

Due to COVID, scheduling was booked out. Unfortunately, the original installer forgot to ground the wires and I had to reschedule at another store. They worked to get me in and the second installer quickly found the issue and got everything work. I was disappointed about the original experience but was very happy with the follow up experience.

Installation was fast once I dropped off my truck. They warranty their work so why not?

The Geek Squad installed my subwoofers and amp very well. All the wiring is hidden and not noticeable or in the way. They placed the amp underneath the seat where it will be protected from any damage. The sound is incredible.

I had a kicker sub installed and they did a good job hooking it up, only took about 2 hours

Tried to get the amp/subwoofer installed in Winchester, but installer was not comfortable doing the install on a new 2018 Nissan Rogue. He recommended having it done in Martinsburg, WV. I appreciate his honestly. The installer in Martinsburg, WV did an awesome job. Very professional looking. I am extremely happy with the install.

Got my amp installed at my local Best Buy in upstate NY. The young man doing the set up was beyond professional! He did an amazing job! I think his name was Kevin , I hope he doesn’t quit ! They need to give him a raise

Geek Squad has installed five or six different sound systems in our cars. GS has performed service in a timely manner, with superior performance, very friendly, helpful, & dedicated to excellence in customer service. Part of sound system install for mustang base unit. Sub woofer, bass amp, and new speakers. Sounds awesome.
