Scheduled my appointment they are very friendly. When I got there he explained what he was going to do and an estimated time to install. Afterwards he showed me what he did and how it works and did a really good job installing my 12 inch sub sounds amazing!

Besides the fact that they did book everything up correctly they didn't know that they hadn't turn the gain up on the amp and couldn't figure out why there was no sound coming out the sound so I took my car home n took the whole thing apart before I found the fumble sounds gd n slams bt your teams trouble shooting game was off that day it's ok they'll have a chance to redeem themselves soon

I got speakers, sub, and amp installed in my vehicle and it sounds amazing. Brad was able to set it up to where the cords were well hidden, and explained how to work everything. Very thankful for his patience with my questions as well.

No complaints. The installer was very professional. I had it installed at the Bestbuy on 290 in Austin, Texas. I tried to change my appointment to the Lakeway location (for convenience) and they increased the price $70 for the exact same services, so I stuck with the 290 location. So happy that I kept my appointment!

I purchased this amp open box from Best Buy. Added the extended warranty in case of any issues. Needless to say didn't need the extended warranty it was nice to have them for those just in case moments. The amp works flawless on my 10 inch kicker sub More than enough power for the speaker and installation was professionally done Took Best Buy approximately an hour to install

Had a prior installation of full system into an older car. Everything has worked great for a couple years. This was an "ENHANCEMENT" or Additional Equipment and Pleased Again with performance since install

the tech was waiting for me when I arrived on time for the install. He was professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he doing. He competed the install by the time promised. The music sounded awesome everything was put back nice and neat. The tech gets a five star rating for his performance.

The car repair person was really nice and professional. He allowed me to see when he was installing and also help with tweaking the equalizer to fit my preferences.

My experience with the Geek Squad installation was fantastic. They were very straight forward with scheduling my appointment and giving realistic expectations. The installer came out to my car and asked exactly how I wanted the powered subwoofer installed. When it was done he offered to show me anything I wanted a demonstration on. They were very friendly and professional and the price was good too.

Cory got all of my amps, processor, cb, and speakers installed right on time, Cory made sure that we had scheduled enough time, and made sure I was well prepared for all components needed for the install! The only surprise was how incredibly awesome my ride turned out! Thanks my friend...

Had Active Powered Subwoofer installed, with new speakers. Easy to set up appointment, Was installed quickly in less than one day. It is supposed to be active subwoofer that powers up when car stereo is turned on, but is on all the time as soon as key is turned. Was installed under Total Geek Squad service package.

Best buy installer was very informative, and able to answer all my questions. Did a fabulous job hiding all the wires, and making sure I didnt waste money on extra acces6i didnt need. Will always take my cars to best buy to get car stereos installed.
