The professional audio technician did a great job installing and tuning the powered subwoofer in my 2016 VW Jetta. His estimated time needed to install the subwoofer was accurate and he explained the details of how to properly break it in.

Dakota was great. He made sure we were happy with our purchase/install and made sure that the system we were expecting was what we got. Very professional and personable. I will recommend Best Buy solely on our experience with him.

The Geek Squad member took a little longer than the estimated time, but it caused me minimal problems. Service and Geek squad member were excellent.

Everything went well and with a car setting issue, the guys got us back in next day to review setting and explained what occured.

The service was excellent!! Got me in quick and finish the job quick. The install was perfect, the car was neat and clean when I picked it up. Robbie was great, he is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with.

I got my sub and amp installed at another BB, only the kid couldn't figure out why the fuse kept blowing. After 4 hours, I left. Wires hooked up, but nothing working. So I called these guys in Tampa. They fixed the issue, had to completely rewire but were done in less than 2 hours. Sounds great, friendly guys, clearly know what they are doing.

As I mentioned previously Justin is fantastic, but there was another young man that worked on my truck as well and he took just as much care in doing the install that Justin did. There were zero issues with my amps and they even went through why they didn't hook a specific feature which after looking into it would have caused issues.

Installed door speakers and sub and amp. They did a good job but didn’t leave any slack at all for the power cord to the box in the truck. So I can’t bring it forward at all. They also screwed the amp to the top of my sub box. Would have rather had it screwed to the back of the seat. Overall 4 star

If i remember correctly the installers name was Jay, he was very polite and courteous. He did a great job of installing my new speakers with amps.

The agents that installed my equipment were absolutely amazing. They were kind and courtesy. Very happy with their knowledge and service. They took time to make sure i understood everything.

A better job could of been done, I had to figure the flaws system didn't sound right had to do research to fix the surge in the base, was charge extra for a positive wire that was to short

Best Buy professional installation services are a must with any car audio purchase! My Best advice is to pair it with the Total Tech Membership! Definitely worth it!
