I didn't catch the technician's name, but he did a wonderful job installing my sub-woofer/amp under the rear seat of my truck. His work was outstanding and he was professional. He showed me what he was going to do and did it.

Went to Spokane Valley BB and was given a detailed report on what my options were, time to install and cost. Made appointment and everything occurred as described. very happy that radio now works and my overall customer experience was excellent!

I was very satisfied with the installation of my amplifier. My van was returned in the same clean condition as when it was dropped off. The installer hid all the wiring and explained how everything works. He also finished the job earlier than expected. Excellent experience all the way around.

This Amplifier is great! The installation was great by Eddie & also I go another installer name Xavier & Champ in Secaucus,NJ. It’s in the back of the SUV. I have a bunch of baseball & softball equipment back there. It don’t get hot & the quality of sound is great!

Like using best buy for my car audio installations. Staff knowledgable n always give helpful info for consideration. Installations always professional and professional looking. Nice clean look. Also like, they uninstall free n reinstall original equipment, if u get new vehicle.

The guys did an awesome job installing my amp and subs in my sierra 1500!! It sounds so much better and the install was done very professionally!

Installation the Best Buy geek squad did was absolutely perfect. They took their time setting everything up and everything went well

The guy who installed my Kenwood head unit did a great job and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain and demo the head unit and answered all questions. He even convinced my to purchase a sub woofer a year later.

Installation was professionally done. Unless the trunk is opened, there is no sign of cables or switches of the sub being installed on my new Camry. The whole process only took 45 minutes with two guys working on the car hand in hand. Very happy I did not do the installation myself.

Overall I am very satisfied. The install took a few hours but well worth it for how clean the setup was. They tuned the subwoofer well to sound great with the rest of the speakers. Price was not terrible and I'm glad there's a lifetime warranty.

They were professional, timely, friendly, couldn't ask for more. They made some last minute adjustments that required pulling the panels again on my dashboard without question. Took care of it right away, drove away very happy.

I used this service to have a Kicker Hideaway Subwoofer with built in amp installed in my Sonoma truck. The auto tech in Hanover, MD did a great job installing it. As a total tech support member the installation was free.

I have had several subwoofer systems installed by the BestBuy pro's. Their knowledge is extremely high and their service and installation is top notch. If need their assistance in the future I will not hesitate to use them again. Install price is fair and their work is impeccable.

Jessie always does work to perfection. One of the best installers I've ever worked with. I recommend him to everyone needing mobile audio/video work done. His schedule is pretty busy but worth the wait if necessary.
