Had my amp installed in my car and went very smooth. Had small issue when I picked it up but the installer immediately knew how to fix it and stayed late to make sure it was done right the first time. Saved me a ton of work doing it myself and very clean install.

This subwoofer amp that was installed in my truck is absolutely fantastic!!I love the quality and clearness it brings to my ears every time I turn my stereo on!they did a great job and I love it!

If I could give them a 0 star I would i went and purchased the speakers for my truck four of them and I paid for the installation mind you I had to pay installation for each sets of speakers but ok then I told them I wanted to get my amp and subs connector so I bought the amp wiring kit plus installation so when it came down to my appointment I dropped off my truck 7 hours later they call me saying my truck was done so by the time I get there the installation place was closed so I had to find someone to get my truck out so I’m going over everything and I see that the guy didn’t install my wiring kit so I asked one of the guys that was there and he told me that he can refund me my money cause he didn’t think the way I wanted it to be was going to work when he told me when I purchased everything that what I wanted was not a problem so I told him no I payed for the installation and I wanted what I payed for so I had to make another appointment to get my truck in to get it put in and the dude had an attitude about it so when I dropped it off a week later he tells me that he wasn’t going to give me warranty on that part so if you’re thinking about getting your subs or any kind of work done by Best Buy I recommend you go somewhere else

3 cars ago I bought a Kicker Amp and Sub. As i sold the cars I kept the system. Just had it installed in my 2016. Install was done perfectly and I have had no issues. Added extra cable I requested so that I can remove sub if necessary.

I was very impressed with the install techs at Best Buy. They worked with me to decide the ideal location for the controls for the subs in the back of my truck, they also took it upon themselves to hide the wiring for my break controller. Truly above and beyond work here!

The car audio guys was friendly and professional. They wired my system neatly and also tuned my sound so it does not sound horrible.

You can't go wrong with Mike and Austin installing your stereo equipment at the mid-town store. My upgraded stereo sounds awesome. If you are lucky enough to live in Tulsa Ok then don't go to any other location but the mid-town for your installs. Done right the 1st time.

The Geek squad auto installation at the Levittown location was great. They installed my amplifier, radio and subwoofer in my son's car. The result is an amazing sound system that my son is definitely ecstatic about.

The insulation was really professional but I had to make numerous appointments to get everything I purchase installed but all in all it was a well job installing it
