Quality, professional service. Explained everything I needed to know.

I tried to get this installed multiple times and to no avail every time it was always an issue. I had my own amplifier and my own subwoofer, and I was told that Best Buy would not be able to install that because it would be a violation of their policy I went ahead and ordered a hideaway subwoofer for my truck, which was initially okayed by the company to install when I went to go install day of after two weeks from my first appointment that I had to wait two weeks for so at this point waited a month installer was not there available for me to install my subwoofer And had no other person able to install my subwoofer at the particular store I went ahead and made a third appointment to install two days before that installation date with no warning whatsoever Best Buy decreased my credit availability and canceled my third installation. I don’t know what the deal is with these guys, but I’ve had a terrible experience every time. I’ve tried to get any equipment from Best Buy installed , I never had any other experiences with them, but this was absolutely the worst drug from early November 20 24 into January 2025

Amazing sound upgrade while keeping factory stereo & speakers. I absolutely recommend installation with this item as the amount of work involved is substantial.

Austin worked on my installation and he was awesome! Very kind and helpful and I’ve had the sub in my truck now over a month and it still works perfectly.

My service was excellent and perfected. The tech took time to explain what was done and ensured me if I had any problems with it that I could bring it back.

The agents installed my amplifier and I have no quirks about there install they did a great job I will continue to be a customer for for years to come for all my electronic needs.

Eric took the time to explain everything in detail. There was a mixup with the install kit, but he quickly fixed that with a price match from an online vendor to keep my business. The install process was quick and clean. I don't even see the amp!
