as usual the installation was done by chris in the mchenry store, his work, as always, was flawless and quick. the customer support he gave was great, he was very friendly and helpful and the wiring is ran perfect and is hidden well.

The installer found a cool place to mount the amps. I do wish he had put a rubber grommet on the power wire running through the hole in the firewall

Pay for the professional service. They will cover any issues with the product even if you are the one that messed up the settings.

The install took longer that stated on the website. I was also charged additional for a part since the specific part was out of stock. Overall the install was completed to my satisfaction.

This was my second visit to rhis store's Geek Squad garage. Jake was my installer both times to add audio equipment to my car. Again he did a great job. He was professional, courteous and finished the work in a timely fashion.

The install went maybe 45mins to an hour over...but the installer(Jay) was knowledgeable and spoke in mostly non technical info to me. I don't mind waiting longer for a job done right. I would definitely recommend this installer.

Price is worth its value, used with an Alpine S-SB10V (10 inch subwoofer box) more then enough power clean and smooth sound. High quality and I highly recommend.

Geek squad installed this amp in my 01 Chevy S10 and it looks like it was installed at the factory.

Tom was a greater Geek Squad amp installer. He clearly outlined my options for concerning my vehicle and look forward to working with him in future for head unit install when it becomes available.

I've gone to the BESTBUY off Southside A few times for electronics to be installed in my vehicles & would recommend that particular location to anyone...Matt really knows his stuff
