I had my own amplifier and my own subwoofer, and I was told that Best Buy would not be able to install that because it would be a violation of their policy I went ahead and ordered a hideaway subwoofer for my truck, which was initially okayed by the company to install when I went to go install day of after two weeks from my first appointment that I had to wait two weeks for so at this point waited a month installer was not there available for me to install my subwoofer And had no other person able to install my subwoofer at the particular store I went ahead and made a third appointment to install two days before that installation date with no warning whatsoever Best Buy decreased my credit availability and canceled my third installation. I don’t know what the deal is with these guys, but I’ve had a terrible experience every time. I’ve tried to get any equipment from Best Buy installed , I never had any other experiences with them, but this was absolutely the worst drug from early November 20 24 into January 2025
