Amplifier for truck instillation went as expected. Store installers were friendly and did work in timely manner.

Amp install went smooth enough however it quit working the next day. Still can't get help due to shop closed due to pandemic.

Audio techs installed amp and sub. Was a fast install and spent time setting up the sound in my truck afterwards. Answered all my questions.

The techs at Best Buy did a great job installing a radio deck and subwoofer. They were able to adapt the wiring very cleanly to accommodate folding seats. It sounds great.

Tech did a great job/ clean install ... 1 amp runs the 4 door speakers, 2nd amp runs the Sub woofers. Sounds awesome

I ordered a subwoofer and amplifier through Best Buy to be installed by one of their technicians, Jorge. The day before my installation date, he calls me and says that he can no longer perform the installation, with no way to call him back. I call corporate the next day, and they set me up with another appointment, saying that Jorge had been fired. So I then drop my car off for 5 hours with the new technician, and upon his completion of the installation I return to check out the new audio in my car. As soon as the music started playing, my door speaker and tweeter in the left side of my car crackle like popcorn being made, like something was obviously very wrong. The technician kind've wrote it off and just poked around the equalizer, saying that 'that can happen sometimes' how weird". I leave with my car and notice over the next few days that this same crackling is happening on a daily basis and is incredibly distracting and annoying. So I take it to Dynamic Sounds in Prescott and was told that not only was there was likely a wiring issue that caused my speakers to be blown out, but that the amplifier was only screwed in on one side! It was literally hanging off on the left side; an egregious error by the technician that didn't know what he was doing. At this point, I feel that it is fair that I am compensated for the cost of my install, considering I have to buy completely new door speakers. I then call corporate and am told I have to visit the store to request a refund. After doing so, and talking to 3 different managers, they tell me that they'll look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. (side note: the top manager seemed like he didn't really care and said " well, I don't really know how we could've blown out your speakers with an amp/sub install but okay". The, they call me back 2 days later, but instead of the manager calling me, it's the technician that screwed up my car that says we need to schedule an appointment to look at the car internally to see what's wrong! I don't want the person who messed up my audio going back into my car and screwing something else up! He said this was the only way that a refund was possible. F Best Buy and their car installation department. I will not be returning for their services and neither should you if you want your audio in one piece afterwards!

Great and competent installation at the Avondale store. Only issue was they were in busy period and had to wait a couple weeks for installation - but the wait was worth it.

Will Maynard is the best installer I know and I would trust him with any install in any vehicle! He is awesome and you will not be disappointed!
