They couldn't get the base knob to work said they were ordering me a new one and would be in touch in about a week.. gear shift knob was loose didn't latch the hood and I still have yet to hear from anyone

Installer was very helpful and added the necessary brackets to keep the sub affixed to the trunk area. Work was done professionally, in a timely manner, and the work was clean.

It took some time getting in with the techs schedule being full, but James H did a great job and I was very satisfied with his work.
