It took 4 appointments to get my install done correctly. 1st one was canceled when i tried to drop my truck off because the installer was injured and had to reschedule. Would've been nice to know before i drove 2 vehicles there to drop my truck off. The second appointment the installer could not get my steering controls to work, did not remove any of the old wiring and actually left it hanging out in the open, did not fasten underhood wiring at all other than to the battery, did a terrible job of fastening all wires througout the entire install, did not move the amplifier like i told them was the main reason i needed a new amplifier install kit done; instead just screwed it to the floor which caused more problems, had me buy parts that i did not need and gave them back to me without packaging saying i could return them. Even after the third appointment my amplifier was still not moved and the wires pulled out of the amplifier before i even started my truck. I was never notified that my truck was done until i showed up 4 days later asking about it. the final day they spliced an extension to the main power wire for the amplifier because the one that came in the kit that i bought from you had been cut to fit where the amplifier was not supposed to be instead of replacing with a new power wire. Everything about this purchase was a terrible experience. Nobody inside best buy could tell me when or how to drop off my truck to the automotive installers. There needs to be better communication between all best buy employees.
