Okay (eventually)

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had some issues with this particular store located in phoenix az by the biltmore area. Their geek squad install rep and the manager need better customer service skills. Had to argue with them for close to 20 minutes before the manager took accountability for their mistake and made it right. They wanted me to pay for their mistake and I was not having it. Eventually, they took care of me but not before going through a stressful and unpleasant situation. The install itself was good, have not had issues with the install. All is working great. My issue was with how the manager handled the situation, his demeanor, lack of responsibility and example to his staff. Which was clearly having an effect on them because one of them was following in his footsteps. I would not go back to this location for install due to this unpleasant experience.
