Couldnt have hooked up my subwoofers and amp without it

Tech took his time, made sure everything was on point... job very well done...

They seem to do okay. Good for the money, I've had them do a couple installs and both times seemed to be good. Only issue i've faced is installing the wire too short to where it was very tough to adjust the amp.

Installer at Best Buy did a great job with this install.

We scheduled to get the amp installed in our car and waited significantly longer than estimated for the installation. Upon leaving, none of the turn signals or indicator lights worked. Returned and that was fixed but have not returned again to get the clock and the automatic windows fixed.

There is a break in communication between salesman and car audio installers. I purchase specifically what I was told and scheduled an install through a sales man. When I showed up, the installer denied my install since my subwoofer was not purchased through Best Buy. The installer stated the issue is reoccurring and there’s over a hundred people before me who have the same issue and that I should complain to corporate about the miscommunication. I don’t understand how it’s on the customer to identify issues within Best Buy when the employees themselves know the issues. Clearly they are there for the wrong reasons. The installer denied my install and then recommended I contact him directly for a “custom install”. Identifying and informing Best Buy of issues within their business Is not a civil service. I wasted two hours of mine and my wife’s time. I also wasted gas for two vehicles. Now I should spend another 30 minutes informing Best Buy where they are wrong? I am not a paid employee or supervisor. By identifying this issue and informing corporate of a failure within best buy, I am doing someone else’s job.
