One came out easily, the other was installed in a manner that made it almost impossible to remove. However, they took turns trying to remove the holder and were finally successful. Excellent men.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY REQUEST, DEFINITELY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS AND THEY SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR DEDICATION TO THE COMPANY. Quality Speaker DO make a difference!

Sonos hook up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek squad originally told me my Sonos one system would not work with my new Sonos Arc. That was not true. On my most recent repair the Tech installed the Sonos one speakers but charged me $340 to do it . Doesn’t sound fair to me
