Quickly , but not install properly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first agents that did the mounting of the tv and connected to all the devices did a very good job, but the last agents that did my bose speaker mounting, the jobs was not done correctly, right not as we speak my speakers are not connected. Infact the speakers is on the floor , he did not mount it.

Geek squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once done the techs did not go over all the receiver options with me, had to learn on my own and not sure if I know all there is to know about the receiver, they did not hook up antenna and I also have a voice mic that was not hooked up and I’m not sure what it does. it was later and they were ready to get home

Did not perform work.

Once they arrived they said that would be an advanced cable run and would be an additional $160 per cable ran which would have made the work be $1200 instead of $500. They denied the work order and left.

Did not resolve my speaker issues.

He seemed to have solved the issue, however one hour later they stopped working. Follow up with the Geek Squad indicated that do not repair speaker wire issues and then service was closed. You did not solve my problem, but you kept my $100. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Worst

They gave me the price and I paid for the installation and the day they arrived at my house without looking or doing anything they said that they had to charge me double. I told them no and called customer service, they canceled the service and told me they would call to schedule and do the service. That was a month ago and they still haven't scheduled the service. In the end I wasted 4 days on visits and they did nothing. Geeksquad bad service they just want to charge

Poor description of install limitations

On the day of the appointment, the technician called to confirm, and stated that he could only install on stucco, i.e., he didn't have the tools or skill to cut into the ceiling stucco. The appointment had to be canceled as a consequence, and I am left with no speaker installation.

No install for ceiling speakers

They told me that there was no access in the attic to install my in-ceiling speakers. So i contacted my builder if the duplex i live in and he showed me that there is access to my living room via attic.

Speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Speakers We’re never put up and installed the person that installed told us that he was qualified to install the speakers that we need to schedule another appointment and this is after five times we had them come out wait all this time over and over to not get what we ordered this is crazy I never recommend them again

Almost but not quite there

The guys that come out and installed are very nice and were supposed to ask a manager questions about me system to play outside and never got back to me. Three weeks and no return call or anything.

Of course they didn’t and I wasted my time and had to return the speakers. Also wasted they service guys time.
