Extends the warranty! Good, since FitBit products usually last under 2 years before some damage happens. Appreciate paying a little extra for damage I might cause that Best Buy will cover!

Geek squad is awesome I never buy something without adding to it.

Probably one of the smartest choices I made this year. My Fitbit Charge 2 wristband broke after 5 months of use. Brought it back to the store and it was replaced with no questions asked.

Geek squad product replacement is a great investment towards expensive electronic items because they really stand behind their products and don't give you a lot of hassle if something goes wrong.

This is a great option to purchase. Two prior watches needed to use the protection and No questions asked Best Buy issued a new one immediately

The agents programed my watch and reviewed basic use instructions with me. I had a connection problem and when I came in they fixed the problem had reviewed me how I could correct this through using the website. Excellent customer service and patience.

If you are buying anything at Best Buy do yourself a favor and get the protection if is so worth it! They are so great and easy to work with and even the smallest glitch gets taken care of!
