I love the people at Geek Squad! I have had to either call about a product or go in store to visit a Geek Squad member and they are always knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

Bought it just in case,haven't had to use it yet. Hopefully wont need it, but give you a sense of security.

I grabbed the 2yr. extended warranty plan in case my watch were to have issues. I've had my watch over a year now and it STILL works great! Knock on wood, however lol. Still a great purchase overall!
