Bought a crockpot for my mom got the insurance for 2 yrs hope I don’t need to use it but I do at least I’m covered thx again

I haven't had to use this yet and I hope I never do. They said though that they will replace it no matter what happens to that so that is awesome.

Buy it! Buy it now!!!!!! How could you not want to protect your investment, that you'll be using while outdoors and active. As clumsy as I am, it's a no brainer.

I've had to replace my previous watch and having the protection through best buy helped. The frustrating part was because they didn't have my original watch on stock, I needed to choose from a more expensive watch and had to pay the difference as well as purchase another another protection plan. Although, I understand the business side of it, I wasn't expecting to have to pay anything...because I thought that was the purpose of having the protection plan. Also, over the phone, best buy didn't seem knowledgeable on the whole replacement plan they offer and that was frustrating because the employee I spoke to over the phone was not going to honor the product replacement plan. But I went into the store, with my printed plan and another associate knew their products and exchanged my item.
