Great for starting out with basic fitness tracking metrics. After 7 months the display has a display bar missing and the goal setting now congratulates me for some where around 2k steps as having met my goal. Which is set at 10k. I did reset and start from scratch, which worked for about two weeks then back to 2k. I let it go. I have fun with the buzzing and fanfare throughout the day to track the mini milestones before I actually hit my daily step goal!

So far so good. They're usually great at Milpitas, but not all issues can be solved here. THey're very clear at what is covered and what is not.

The Fit Bit was frozen and it was replaced for free. I wish the Geek Squad would have taken the time (after being asked) to review the Fit Bit with us.

Haven’t needed a claim, but Best Buy will make it very difficult due to receipt tracking should I need to file one. Wish the Protection Policy would accept the Best Buy App purchase at time of purchase and log it in right away and save the information to make life easier. Don’t know if Incan recommended this until I’m put in a situation to have to try and file a claim
