I had an issue where the battery was dtaining quickly and they were able to help me troubleshoot and get the issue resolved.

I purchased an extended warranty, 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement, offered for my Samsung Galaxy S3 because it's simply the smart thing to do. It's something you wear that is constantly at risk from hitting or bumping with something else on a daily basis. If one of those "bumps" is a little harder than most you can feel safe that Best Buy has your back.

I purchase for all my electronics and Geek Squad is the Best!

I got my Blaze as a gift, but went out of my way to get the service plan on my own. Why? Because Best Buy will replace it in the store should anything happen to it. For those who cannot live without their Fitbit Blaze (or similar devices), being able to take everything quickly in a physical store without having to play the waiting game is definitely a must.

So glad I bought this for my smart watch....the watch stopped taking a charge and BestBuy had a new watch in my hands withing about 10 minutes. Usually not a fan of these types of service plans because there is always a catch to using them....not here....it was worth every penny in this case!

Best decision ever buying the replacement plan. My product malfunction twice and each time I came in and exchanged for a new one with no extra cost, no waiting and no hassle. Each time it's refreshing to go through such an easy quick process. You don't even have to have your receipt, just phone number etc to conifmr your purchase. It's a must for any products going forward!

Buying this paid for itself! I never buy a watch without the warranty.

Could never make a best buy purchase without Greek squad coverage.

I may not get this for every purchase, however there are some that I would not recommend leaving it off the purchase table. Small electronics, like smart watches, quality earbuds, computers, televisions, etc are items I would highly recommend it on... Has saved the day more than once.

I got my first iPhone from best buy. I got the geek squad protection plan. Didnt use it for over a year. The one day I took my case off my phone i dropped it on concrete and shattered the screen. I took it to best buy and they ordered me a new iPhone no questions asked. Only thing I had to do was transfer everything from the first phone to the second.

I recommend getting the protection plan for every purchase that would be expensive to replace. I haven't needed to use it yet for my most recent purchase (Gear S3), but I used it, hassle-free for my Bluetooth headphones. Once they stopped getting clear connection, free replacement. They snapped in the middle, free replacement. This is a good investment.

I Purchased the geek squad protection and the Replacement plan came in handy when my Samsung Fitbit broke. They didn’t have it in stock any longer so I was refunded in full for the purchase which was very nice . I highly recommend the purchase of protection plans so you can at least get your money back if you’re unable to get a replacement .

I like the ease of use and its ability to track my fitness journey accurately. I dislike having to take it off to charge it since it can track my sleep patterns. Otherwise it works the way I expect it to.

What I like most about this protection plan is that I can transfer it to anybody I want by calling Geek Squad and submitting their name. Simple and easy.

They supported me to check my Samsung watch, I always buy insurance with Geek Squad for my electronic devices.

I've worked for best buy in the past and will never make electronics purchases without it.
