GreekSquad took care of my issue for a previous watch that was acting up. They totally changed ordered me a new one and replaced it for a new one.

So far I have not had a need to use it , but it's good to know I have it if I need it.

I've had to use this twice with a Fitbit, once for the charging port and once for the band. Both times the issue was resolved effortlessly.

I enjoy their help a lot. They are always there for me. They explain things in a way that I can understand.

I am so glad my son convinced me to add the Geek Squad protection plan. It's worth every penny. I will always include that with my future purchases.

Probably good, never needed to use it though. Took good care of me on a vacuum when I needed it though.

if you dont sync the device daily, it will eventually add up and will never sync to the fitbit app. good thing I bought the 2 year plan from Best Buy

I purchased the extended warranty for my Samsung Galaxy watch. The extended warranty is a good value.

My Fitbit stopped working, but because I purchased this, I was able to get a replacement with ease. Highly recommend.

Best decision was to purchase the extended replacement warranty on on my fitness bands since they are wearable and susceptible to damage and/or failure.

Just like insurance on your car. Get insurance on your Electronics. It should be a "no brainer".

The extra protection is always a must for electronics. I've had issues in past and used my protection and was able to get it replace with no problems.

I use this on most purchases over $100. It is a great way to ensure that you are not left hanging if product fail or a better model comes out later.
