Haven't had to use yet nut sure if needed it will definitely help me out

I bet you can't beat such a great offer at anywhere else! My sister-in-law recommended us to purchase this plan because she said my niece and nephew accidently broke their stuffs and they covered for it 100%.

That being said, the Samsung watch has been great, and has not needed to use the warranty. I hope it continues, but the warranty gives peace of mind.

Geek squad product replacement is a great investment towards expensive electronic items because they really stand behind their products and don't give you a lot of hassle if something goes wrong.

Always like to have the warranty in event would need !

I highly recommend the warranty on the product. It’s easily damaged and I’ve had issues with charging after mfg warranty expires and geek squad covered it.

I've always paid the extra to get Geek Squad. Tech stuff can get pricey and i like that they can help when i need it

A must have insurance for items that you spend a good amount of money on.

If you are buying anything at Best Buy do yourself a favor and get the protection if is so worth it! They are so great and easy to work with and even the smallest glitch gets taken care of!

Very well worth purchases the replacement warranty. $29.95 for a $150 FItbit is a good bargain. We had to utilize this warranty once already & it was a smooth transaction in replacing the product
