    Protection Plan is my hero

    I purchased the protection plan on my first Fitbit One that clipped to my bra. One harsh washing machine ride later I was glad I had the protection plan. I decided to use the value and upgrade to the flex, that was a great upgrade and wore it constantly it actually was so comfortable I forgot to take it off several times swimming and shower, water proof and water resistant are not the same. Back to Best Buy and no hassle in the return and another upgrade the Charge. Loved it but as you can probably tell I am a bit rough and careless. Found myself wearing it in the shower so I decided to take it off and toss it, the toss was way harder than expected and it slammed against the bathroom mirror and didn't survive. Upgrade to the Surge only to get a rash so returned it for the Blaze. I'm a huge fan of the hassle free protection plan and the easy return policy. My promise to myself is I will not wash, toss or slam my new watch because I love it. Fingers crossed!

    I have used geek squad protection for several of my items to include send out repairs, as well as replacement. Although no one expects a device to break, I find it a great value and piece of mind to be able to get a speedy repair on my items without having to outright buy another.

    After reviewing the reviews, I continued to purchase myself and future husband FitBits! The main problem with them were the bands or if they got wet.... SO why not purchase 2 years of protection on them just in case! Geek Squad helped me out, answered all of my questions and were quick about it. Even better.... I must have left the FitBit on the counter because later after I got home, I noticed HIS was missing. I looked everywhere, cried a little... called the store, it was no where to be found. Three hours later, I get a call back from BestBuy and they found it! So not only do they answer all questions in a timing manner, they are also honest! Thanks Geek Squad!

    I always get the geek squad protection on my devices. With how things can break ive utilized it a bunch of times and saved a lot of money. I would absolutely suggest purchasing whatever protection is offered when purchasing.

    Worth it for wearables

    I recently needed to use my GS Accidental damage warranty for my Fitbit Surge. The battery had begun to no longer hold a charge for more than 36 hours. I brought it in explained the problem to CS and they let me exchange the watch right there on the spot for a new one. For 50.00 what more can one ask for? Most warrantees require sending the device in for inspection/repair. Meanwhile you're getting no use of it. That's no better than most man. warrantees IMHO. But BB goes the extra mile with this one. This definitely informed my re-purchase of the warranty for the replacement watch. Good job Best Buy! :)

    The sensor on my Active2 fell off and I took it to Geek Squad to have it repaired. Without question, the gentleman gave me a credit for what I paid for the watch and I bought the 5. Thank you Geek Squad!

    I usually won't purchase protection warrenties. I however found with best buys warrenties the best thing I love about beat buy is they keep your information on file in the computer, how many times have you needed to use a warrenties yet don't know where the receipt is? They have th best customer service, they don't make you jump through hoops or bring back or charge you for a missing box..how many times do you keep a product box? Me never! I don't want the extra trash lasting around the house, plus I'm not buying something thinking it will break, hands down best one out there

    I had bought a Motorola 360 (1st gen) smartwatch about a year ago, and just recently I had accidentally broke the screen playing basket ball. Luckily, I had paid an extra $30 for the accidental warranty. I brought it in, and they would of replaced the product, but it had been discontinued. They gave me full store credit for the price of the watch and the tax I paid, and I was able to buy a new watch. The only thing was they did not give me the $30 that I paid for the warranty, but I can see why they wouldn't (Because I broke the watch).

    Great product to monitor weight

    I've had my ChargeHR fora few months now and I really do like it quite a bit. I'm not a runner, but I do find myself in the gym from time to time and the HR monitoring is always spot on with the machines. I link my fitbit to myfitnesspal though and keep track of all my calories in and out. The HR monitoring has given me much more confidence in the accuracy of my daily calorie burn which is very important to me. So for people like me who exercise occasionally and are trying to shed some weight, the ChargeHR is king.

    Great WearOS Watch

    I'm loving it. Easily change faces, tracks steps, and heart rate. Can see just about any notification on it. Has to be charged daily, though, and the always on screen option goes back to on when charging, and doesn't revert back once off the charger.

    Only good if BB continues to carry the product

    I bought my daughter's UP2 a month ago. Got the warranty because these things are notoriously short-lived. It wouldn't hold a charge after 3 weeks. Went to get a replacement tonight. Told they weren't restocking Jawbone products. None in display; one in back in different color. Wouldn't write down the one on hand and give it to us because it was a different SKU. Had to order it in the same color and now wait almost 2 weeks to receive it. Knowing that they won't be carrying it in the future and they will only credit me for the sale price of the product (not its current price) unless I get the IDENTICAL item really reduces the value of the "replacement" warranty. Given that they're discontinuing carrying these, how hard would it have been to just give it to us in the other color?
