I have not had to use this with this particular item at this time, however the warrenty has always been really good. A problem, take it in they replace the product.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the product,and gave advice on plan.

Geek squad protection is the best for things that are easily damaged like watches and ear buds best protection plan around.

Look for "Replacement " in plan pretty much extends return policy by plan years.

Fortunately I haven't need this service yet but am glad to know it's there.

I’ve always been skeptical of buying extra insurance but it’s been a life savor for most products I buy for my son. Wouldn’t buy something without it now.

I highly recommend considering the extra GeekSquad plan for all your technology needs. We also purchase them on vacuum cleaners and have never had problems when needing to use the plan.

I highly recommend getting the service plan on any device that Best Buy offers. It the piece of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, the device will get fixed or replaced.

Love having this warranty for additional coverage. Never had a problem when i have to return a broken item.

I am not in favor of buying warranties for products, but when it come to electronics I would buy it. So many can go wrong and having the warranty will give you peace of mind.

great service and reliability and peace of mind knowing the replacement plan is there and we can sue it anytime for damage or defective products. Well worth the cost

The replacement purchase was a great deal, I had a problem with my purchase and I told them about it , and with out a question they replaced the part. Thanks best buy

This is a no-brainer, if I break my Blaze, drop it in water, run it over with a dump truck, they'll replace it. Why wouldn't you do this to protect a $200 investment?

Get the protection plan on these 100% ive had to use they don't fix but give brand new one for watch

Usually dont purchase extended warranties. I have had great success with Geek Squad and for my state of mind in this case

My watch was showing signs of freezing. I took the watch back to Best buy and they returned watch then sent me a brand new one to my house with no questions asked.

My first Fitbit I did not have protection and a little over a year it broke. Less then a month my second Fitbit broke and I was able to exchange it for a brand new one easily!

I don't always buy insurance for things but having it makes me feel better about my purchase knowing that I won't have to deal with the manufacturer if it breaks.
