ease of replacement was great since it was a malfunction of design flaw. watchband snapped off cleanly from the watch face.

They handle everything for me mounted my tv where ever I wanted. Great service and friendly.

I returned a Fit bit. I had no problem with the return. However I was informed the price of the warranty went up. Therefore I had to pay an extra 10 for the exchange. I don't think I should have been made to pay more money on a warranted item.

The bezel in my smart watch was getting stuck and they had no problem switching it out for me.

haven't had to use it yet but hopefully it's worth for the price of it so expensive but I feel like if I dont get it somthing will happen. I'm not sure how helpful they are or not plan to use oneday

I wasn't given specific details about what exactly is covered with replacement plan but was told it covers a lot. I figured it's worth it if something goes wrong. And if they don't have this model available then I get the newer version. That works for me.
