There decent but honestly they are a lot of hassle and you I have mix feelings about the service

I have not had to use the warranty for the Fitbit 2 that I purchased, but I have for other products. BB replaced\covered each time.

Haven't had to use it, but nice potion to have with a watch this expensive.

It's a protection plan. It does what it's supposed to do.

Especially for products in daily use, like the smartwatch I got this far, it's always a good idea.

It does not get better than this coverage. It is straightforward, something happens to your purchased item, you get it back.

I had another GearFit that had to be replaced 2 times. This replacement plan really paid off for me. I highly recommend it.

ease of replacement was great since it was a malfunction of design flaw. watchband snapped off cleanly from the watch face.

Best Buy's replacement plan is worth the money. I was able to get a brand new Gear Fit 2 after my band snapped.....with no hassel.

I wasn't given specific details about what exactly is covered with replacement plan but was told it covers a lot. I figured it's worth it if something goes wrong. And if they don't have this model available then I get the newer version. That works for me.

Went in and went to the Geek Squad desk and showed them it was broken and within minutes had my new one and was out the door!

I bought this protection as an added peace of mind. So no worries, I got you covered.

I would highly recommend getting this if you are buying this watch. My band broke and so I used it without any questions asked!
