It pays in the long run to have insurance. My 1st Samsung Galaxy watch got water damage accidentally pushing the button ending my swim session. I got insurance on my second watch and I got insurance on hte laptop that I bought for my son.

i have used warranties from bestbuy a few times to replace items that otherwise would have been very costly to replace over the years, an example would be a dlp tv in which the bulb went out, and i contacted bestbuy they sent a tech with a replacement bulb and after replacement it was like i had a brand new tv, the tv is now on its 3rd owner and still going strong gotta love a well built device and a well served warranty to save your investment.
