Geek Squad Protection Plan on watches are a huge waste of money. I bought a Samsung Fit for my wife as a present. Of course, they don't sell this any more. When he watch broke, i take it back to the store to get another one. Instead they only refund me for the purchase of the watch but not the protection plan. It's different if i was getting the same watch and service but it's like i gave them 30 dollars for nothing and I'm extremely upset. They didn't call a manager to explain anything, it's like they already had they mind made up about the situation.

Haven't used it yet. I hope it was worth purchasing. Thought it would be a good idea in case it breaks.

I haven't had to use the insurance yet but hopefully it serves me great if I ever do need to use it

Goose W is the best binus protection play from my phone was a great idea and I suggest anybody getting a Samsung phone definitely get a way to.

Haven’t had to use so I do t about the service. But the price wasn’t so bad. But if I do need to use it I’ll right a review again on how it goes.

my Fitbit was coming apart so I went into exchange it since I paid for a 2 year protection. however they do not carry the Fitbit HR so I had to exchange it for another Fitbit . however they would not transfer my protection plan! I had to pay another $40 glad I had the protection but didn't like that once you exchange it your protection doesn't roll over

Well the purchase was a bit expensive. Haven't had a reason to use yet.. Hope I don't need it.

Never seem to use these services but it's good to ease your mind if you are that type of person.

This was my first fitness tracker purchase. It's okay not real crazy about the app for it. I would probably go with a Fit Bit next time.

Great if you can get them on the phone and then have to wait a month to get an appointment

I've bought a few times, not worth money. Make sure you consider the product you're buying including expected lifespan and failure rate.

The reason for 2 stars and only reason I give 2 stars is they fully replaced the watch but it took them over 3 months to do it. Don’t believe it when they tell you that you can just come in and exchange for another one. Lies

I bought the protection but I honestly don't know if it is a good investment for only a two year period. Watches should last a lifetime.

Greek squad at best buy is a great incurse they cover the basics such as damages malfunctions and others things to name a few
