I've broken many phones in my time and I knew my new fit bit would need to be protected since I like to run outdoors. Good buy and cheap for 2 years for a $130 product.

I previously purchased the Geek Squad protection for my Fitbit Charge HR twice. Both times the Fitbit just got worn out and Best Buy replaced it with no hassle.

i love this watch. its really comfortable and light. does what i want from a tech watch. so far i dont have any problem with it. Battery life is good as well.

I am very unhappy with the purchase and service so far. My husband gifted me the galaxy watch 4 for christmas in 2022. Sept 2024 the watch started flickering which is obviously a mechanical issue. So I took it to best buy where I purchased it from. After speaking with them they said it was out of waranty to contact samsung. SAMSUNG inform me they only warranty 12 months not 24 months so I would have to pay to get it fixed. This is so frustrating because I had a fossil before this that lasted ate 4 years. Best buy and samsung you'll have to do better!

I didn't realize they offered Geek Protection for the Fitbit but am glad I took it and would do so again. This is an item that would be too easy to damage.

I had gotten a galaxy watch with the insurance. And i asked them how does it work they told me i had 2 time to replace it when it broke on me i took it back and they told me that they could replace it but i would have to pay again to get the insurance.

I purchase the geek squad protection on everything I buy, and I can say the very few times I have had to use it, it's worth every penny. BUY IT!!!

Bought this on an Asus watch for my son he had it for about 5 months and it would not power on. Best Buy replaced with brand new unit no question

I previously owned the Charge HR, and so I had to upgrade my tracker when the Charge2 came out. Love changing the bands and the new screen.

I've had some crazy bad luck with my activity trackers but this coverage has totally paid for itself in getting them taken care of.

I have never had to use my Insurance plan, but my husband has on several occasions, and is always pleased with Best Buy!

This fitness band is just the right size, sleek and small. It's accurate and the Fitbit app is amazing, so motivating!

Always get the protection. It is worth the money! Getting the protection plan will also back up the Fitbit warranty.

Bought as gift for my mother and works well she likes it , just when talking to watch words all ways get mixed up

I have had to use my warranty before and it is nice to just get a new watch shipped to you if something happens.
