My wife's Fitbit stopped charging after three months. She took it in and they handed her a new Fitbit. Also the new Fitbit has a 2 year geek squad on it also. From the day of the exchange. Would buy this again.

Anything product that I buy from Best Buy, I always add the Geek Squad. Protection. I am glad I got it because at work I bump my watch a couple of times and I know if it damaged, I can take it back with no problem.

We purchase a plan with every device and electronic.

Had problems with my electronics purchases in the past and having this warranty has allowed me to easily replace the item.

Came in handy, my watch broke with exactly one month left and I was able to replace it.

Always purchase this every time I buy anything electronic very simple to take back to the store and exchange or return highly recommend but the prices are a little steep

Good ol’ geek squad saving my butt once again after time and time

I love Geek Squad warranties. Definetelt worth the money. They say insurance is expensive until you need it. I have had several things replaced.

This is my second Galaxy smartwatch. I had the Gear Fit and when the battery died, I decided to bite the bullet and get the Gear S. Although I liked the simplicity of the Gear Fit, the Gear S doesn't disappoint. I don't have the cell service so I still need my phone near by, but I love all the features the Gear S brings to me. I especially love that I can store and listen to my music on my watch!

My Fitbit stopped working and just as simple as giving them my info and the front desk lady said go pick a new one ! I paid a small prorate cost (which is fair!) and boom! I have a new one that same day ! Love it

Bought it just in case,haven't had to use it yet. Hopefully wont need it, but give you a sense of security.

When buying a sports watch like the garmin smartwatch you are bound to be a bit rough on it. The two year protection plan gives you the reassurance that the watch will be taken care of if anything happens to it.
