      Its up to them if they replace the broken Item or repair it in the mean time your stuck not having your equipment that completes the system you have for weeks IE broken stereo receiver sent off to get fixed and your tv and dvd and the rest of the equipment is dependent on this one piece of equipment but its better than nothing and it can come in handy so remember entropy
